Honestly, there are so many fitness resources that we’re bombarded with – from magazines to news articles to TV spots and infomercials. Trying to wade through all of the information can be a challenge. I’m interested in books that talk about whole food and real-life fitness and nutrition. Continue to check back for book reviews.
