While all of the information above is true, the best way to really learn about a program is to read real reviews. I had been thinking about getting Turbofire for a long time, but finally bit the bullet during the BeachBody Black Friday sale!! I just received my set on Friday, today is Tuesday and I’ve tried 7 of the workouts already. I really, really enjoy them! I typically love weights, but just felt like during this time of year I needed an endorphin rush and a workout that brings me joy:) Well, this workout really is it. I love that Chalene is so positive and energetic! I feel like I’m getting a good cardio workout that I can adapt to my energy level each day. If I have more energy, I can jump higher or punch harder but if I don’t have alot of energy, I can still do the modified workout and not be frustrated. My plan is to do the program as scheduled for the first month. IWith the release of Hammer and Chisel, I may be tempted to try that for awhile, but I’ll see!
